Went on treadmill today and did 6km but on my personal tracker I am only showing 4.45km!!! I now know not to hold onto the top of the treadmill:( doh

Pantomime day with Paige Kealeigh and Sandra.....

Had an amazing girlie day with my beautiful granddaughter and my gorgeous daughter and wonderful friend Sandra (on her first ever visit to a panto, actually its Paige's first too) its was a lovely day with lunch at Pizza Express and then some shopping and then the theatre to see Sleeping Beauty, Paige loved it and really got into the spirit of it, and even had a little shimmy to the music.......best day ever to see her face:) another little bit of momento to add to her memory box....and another e-mail going her way for when she is 18:)  3rd January 2015.
